This company have produced a number of market leading solutions both in the public and private sector, in addition to undertaking custom development work for clients in a wide variety of industries.

This company supply Evolutive, the market leading Client Relationship Management (CRM) system for Economic Development and Inward Investment bodies throughout the United Kingdom, as well as Agency Pilot, the UK’s market leading CRM Property Software solution.


Job description:

The Apprenticeship Scheme will give individuals the opportunity for a career progression. Through an intensive induction programme, the Apprentice will gain a full understanding of the Company, its Software Applications and the demands of our Clients.

Your duties and responsibilities in this role will consist of:

  • Assistance in the support of a vast number of users analysing their needs and solving any issues relating to the software.
  • Assistance in the Application Development process by reviewing user feedback.
  • Assistance in System testing and preparation of release documentation.
  • Assist System delivery and implementation including the creation of bespoke HTML templates.


  • 5 GCSEs grades A*-C/9-4 or equivalent (including English Language and Maths)

Personal Skills:

  • A keen interest in business and technology and be prepared to develop your knowledge to fully understand technical products and solutions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a good command of written and spoken English.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • A methodical and structured approach to problem solving.
  • Knowledge of HTML and SQL would be beneficial but not essential as full training would be given where necessary.


Personal qualities:

  • If you have developed your own web pages or web site, or have an interest in maintaining a web site – that would be an advantage

Training to be provided:

The Estio Training programme gives young people the opportunity to get hands on experience in the IT industry whilst still employed in a real paid job with no cost or debt.

Learners will receive six weeks of intensive training. Whilst in the workplace, apprentices will also receive continual coaching, help and guidance from a dedicated Technical Expert who will be there to ensure that they get the most from their work experience.

This apprenticeship will give you a Level 3 IT Solutions Technician Certificate with training in areas such as:

  • BCS Security and Legislation
  • BCS Core Technologies
  • BCS Methodologies and Principles
  • Hardware or Software Option


Some of these modules will include an option to take an examination in order to receive a professional certificate.
