SECURITY AS A SERVICE

Tuesday 30 June, 11.00 – 12.00

Digital security has never been more important. Organisations are often ill equipped to deal with the very latest security problems.

Security is also one part of the digital sector that has a shortage of skilled workers. It is therefore becoming more and more common for organisations to outsource security operations to external providers, instead of keeping it in house. This way, by treating Security as a Service they get access to the very latest tools, people with the right expertise, and in some cases, even a reduction in costs.

In this taster session we’ll be delving into why there is a shift towards this way of working, and the types of services that can be provided by going to external providers.
