New Starts Coordinator – Manchester

The Opportunity

Do you have a background in administration and looking for a new challenge? Do you have good attention to detail and like working in a fast-paced environment?

Estio Training are looking to recruit an Administrator to work as part of their New Starts team. Based in our Manchester office this is a temporary position for 3 months with a possibility of being extended. Working as part of a team you will be responsible for processing new starter forms, maintaining the database and completing inductions for new learners.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Accurately processing all New Starter Forms.
  • Maintaining the company database and distributing weekly reports to the executive team.
  • Completing learner induction
  • Updates to the Data team to ensure learner records are accurate
  • Monitor and report any incorrect data
  • Answering email and telephone enquiries

About you

  • Excellent communication skills

It is essential that the right person has the following skills

  • Computer literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft packages
  • Basic knowledge of Excel
  • Maths and English GCSE
