New Starts Coordinator – Manchester
Do you have a background in administration and looking for a new challenge? Do you have good attention to detail and like working in a fast-paced environment?
Estio Training are looking to recruit an Administrator to work as part of their New Starts team. Based in our Manchester office this is a temporary position for 3 months with a possibility of being extended. Working as part of a team you will be responsible for processing new starter forms, maintaining the database and completing inductions for new learners.
- Accurately processing all New Starter Forms.
- Maintaining the company database and distributing weekly reports to the executive team.
- Completing learner induction
- Updates to the Data team to ensure learner records are accurate
- Monitor and report any incorrect data
- Answering email and telephone enquiries

It is essential that the right person has the following skills
- Computer literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft packages
- Basic knowledge of Excel
- Maths and English GCSE
