We have a vast knowledge of both the sales and lettings market and are committed to creating long term relationships with our clients. For buy to let investors, we can source them an investment, give the correct advice, source a tenant upon completion, manage the asset and then devise an exit strategy when they are ready to sell.

Brief job description:

Assisting the marketing department to source high net worth individual leads by using a variety of different mediums to market investment properties to this demographic. Helping spend a £300k a year annual budget on marketing. The end goal of the apprenticeship would be for the apprentice to secure the position as an ‘Online Portal Executive‘ within our business.


Job Description:

This is a varied role with a focus on online portal management – Rightmove, Zoopla, Primelocation, OnTheMarket etc.

We have a large portfolio of properties for sale which are displayed on multiple web portals for the purpose of quality lead generation – this will be the main focus. Listing properties for sale, reviewing the performance of the listings etc. However they will also assist in other areas of marketing such as posts on social media and preparing for new product launches.

The job role will consist of:

  • Complete management, strategy and coordination of property listings across all online portals such as Zoopla, Rightmove and OnTheMarket
  • Lead generation hitting regular targets
  • Content creation for properties and display ads to drive clicks and conversions
  • Growing the NPG presence across all portals
  • Reporting regularly on portal performance
  • Social media
  • Prepping for new development launches
  • General content creation and lead generation assistance across the marketing department 

  • 5 GCSEs grades A*-C/9-4 or equivalent (including English Language and Maths)

Skills Required (Social Media Executive Skills and Qualifications):

Ideally someone competent with facebook, instragram, linkedin and google adwords

Training to be provided:

The Estio Training programme gives young people the opportunity to get hands on experience in the IT industry whilst still employed in a real paid job with no cost or debt.

Learners will receive six weeks of intensive training. Whilst in the workplace, apprentices will also receive continual coaching, help and guidance from a dedicated Skills Development Coach who will be there to ensure that they get the most from their work experience.

This apprenticeship will give you a Level 3 Digital Marketer Standard with training in areas such as:

  • Functional skills, Maths L2 and English L2
  • Principles of Coding
  • Marketing Principles
  • Digital Marketing Business Principles with E-Commerce
  • Video & Imaging Software


Some of these modules will include an option to take an examination in order to receive a professional certificate.
