Primarily, we deliver high end/senior recruitment services to hire either the ‘first people on the ground’ for our clients or help expand there is existing teams across multiple Countries across Europe.

In addition, we partner very closely with a key HR Outsourcing partner (legal advice, payroll, employment contract management), HR assessment which supports clients by providing insight to ensure the team is maximizing its performance based on each individual, a Sales Transformation company who help companies implement sales methodologies, training and coaching to deliver higher revenue performance, and a marketing company who support our clients in marketing their Products/services across Europe.

Whilst we are focused on high-quality recruitment for clients, the creation of this ecosystem allows us to sell the whole solution to clients that enable them to build a business in Europe with only a product/service, and we provide solutions related to all the other capabilities they need to succeed. Brief job description:
65% of the role will be focused on supporting the creation of the brand and marketing strategy and leading the delivery of the brand and marketing strategy for this company.
Currently, we have a very limited brand, and this part of the role is working with our Marketing Director to drive this strategy forward. It is a unique role and varied as we are still in the scale-up phase.

The role will involve working alongside Ben to continue his work in relation to the re-brand, and work alongside him to execute the marketing strategy for the company with the aim of raising awareness, and ultimately drive new B2B leads from potential customers across the world.

The other 35% of the role will be focused on learning the sourcing process in relation as part of the end-to-end recruitment process, we offer. In this part of the role, you will learn how to identify and approach candidates across the market on behalf of our clients, and it will give you great insight into the recruitment process. On successful placement of candidates, you will also gain the opportunity to earn commission/bonus for this component of the role.

Job Description:

Your duties and responsibilities in this role will consist of:

  • Supporting the creation of the brand and marketing strategy and leading the delivery of the brand and marketing strategy
  • Supporting re-branding
  • Involvement in beginning to end recruitment
  • Assisting Marketing Manager with everyday tasks
  • Responsible for creating and delivering content to the existing database and maintaining regular interaction – i.e, creating email templates for mailers and then sending the mailers out to the database


  • 5 GCSEs grades A*-C/9-4 or equivalent (including English Language and Maths)

Skills Required (Social Media Executive Skills and Qualifications):
English & Maths – C or above
We are looking for people that have competencies in relation to Microsoft office and a base level of knowledge in relation to Branding, and digital marketing as well as the ability to write ‘business English’ content. Knowledge/real interest in technology/IT and the broad areas of Technology will really help us get you up to speed, as most of our clients are in the technology space.

  • Whilst the role is a 65/35 split between Digital Marketing and Recruiting, we do need people who are flexible to ‘do what needs to be done’ on a day to day basis, as because we are a scale-up company priority change quickly, and we need people who are willing to be dynamic.

Training to be provided:

The Estio Training programme gives young people the opportunity to get hands on experience in the IT industry whilst still employed in a real paid job with no cost or debt.

Learners will receive six weeks of intensive training. Whilst in the workplace, apprentices will also receive continual coaching, help and guidance from a dedicated Skills Development Coach who will be there to ensure that they get the most from their work experience.

This apprenticeship will give you a Level 3 Digital Marketer Standard with training in areas such as:

  • Functional skills, Maths L2 and English L2
  • Principles of Coding
  • Marketing Principles
  • Digital Marketing Business Principles with E-Commerce
  • Video & Imaging Software


Some of these modules will include an option to take an examination in order to receive a professional certificate.
