Getting started

Before you start your formal training, you’ll attend an induction day at one of our training centres. You will go through an overview of your chosen apprenticeship programme and be given details of what dedicated support is in place for you throughout your learning journey.

Training

Training is delivered remotely with your Technical Trainer using the latest technology, with some modules requiring self-paced distance learning using our Virtual Learning Environment. A Progress Management Co-ordinator will be assigned to support you throughout your apprenticeship with 4-weekly contact sessions.

Assessment 

Once you’ve completed all your training, you’ll undertake an end point assessment which will be graded Pass, Merit, Distinction or Fail.

Progression

If you pass your EPA you can choose to continue in employment or go on to further study. If you fail don’t worry – you can re-sit and try again!

Help and support

We’re here to help. We provide appropriate information, advice and guidance (IAG) from the moment you approach us about a vacancy, to the moment you complete EPA.

At any point during the apprenticeship information, advice and guidance can be requested by contacting your Progress Management Co-ordinator who will direct you to the best person to provide you with the most up-to-date and relevant advice possible – whether this be one of the Estio team or with another industry specialist.
