Learning with us
Before you start your formal training, you’ll attend an induction day at one of our training centres where you’ll meet your dedicated skills coach.
Your course modules will be either classroom based, remote, or a mixture of both. Your dedicated skills coach will be with you every step of the way.
Once you’ve completed all your training, you’ll undertake an end point assessment which will be graded Pass, Merit, Distinction or Fail.
If you pass your EPA you can choose to continue in employment or go on to further study. If you fail don’t worry – you can re-sit and try again!

We offer classroom based learning, remote learning online, or a blend of both to match your level of experience, personal commitments, accessibility and preferred learning method.
In our interactive labs you take a hands-on approach to learning alongside the rest of your course cohort. Guided by your trainer, you benefit from readily available support, as well as the opportunity to share your experiences and transfer knowledge with your peers.
It’s the ideal option if you’re transitioning from school or college to the working world, or if you simply prefer a more face-to-face approach to learning.
Choosing remote learning gives you all the same knowledge and interaction with your trainer, just from a place that suits you. You’ll undertake self-study using our virtual learning environment coupled with live webinar sessions where you’ll join a virtual classroom with other learners.
Your self-study will be followed by a remote session with your trainer, on-hand to answer any questions. It’s a long-distance learning approach, only closer.
One size very rarely fits all. That’s why we offer a blended learning approach, letting you choose a combination of classroom based and remote learning. You can choose which modules you’d like to undertake virtually at a time that suits you, and which you’d like to be there for in person.
It’s the most flexible and complementary approach if you’re already working and your employer is helping you to upskill and progress your career.

We’re here to help. We provide appropriate information, advice and guidance (IAG) from the moment you approach us about a vacancy, to the moment you complete EPA.
At any point during the apprenticeship information, advice and guidance can be requested by contacting your skills coach who will direct you to the best person to provide you with the most up-to-date and relevant advice possible – whether this be one of the Estio team or with another industry specialist.

Spread across the country in Leeds, Manchester, Birmingham and London, our training centres have been developed with learning in mind.
In all of our multi-classroom centres you’ll learn in classes of no more than 26 so that you can be sure to get the support and attention of your trainer when you need it. With your own individual computer, you can access your OneFile e-portfolio as you learn so that you can keep track of your progress and achievements. If you choose to study remotely, each centre uses the latest interactive technology and has a dedicated trainer suite for live webinar sessions.
During the day you can relax and catch up with your fellow learners in our comfortable breakout areas which come complete with refreshment facilities. All our centres are conveniently located close to the city centre with excellent transport links.
