Help and support
Throughout your programme we will provide you with appropriate information, advice and guidance (IAG) at any given stage.
Prior to induction and during the induction, we provide you with the relevant IAG.
- We give you advice on the most suitable training to support you to achieve your progression aim.
- We explain what is involved in the training.
- We explain how the training is delivered and how long it should take to achieve.
- We advise whether funding is available.
- We explain what you can expect from our services and what we expect from you.
- We advise about other training which may help you progress.
- We give information on where you can access additional information, advice and guidance.
Throughout the apprenticeship programme our IAG service will still serve to maintain that all IAG is communicated effectively.
- We give regular learner progress updates and feedback.
- We offer advice on assessment requirements.
- We give advice on additional support that may be available to you.
- We give you the opportunity to give feedback to your skills coach.
- We also provide the opportunity for learners to provide feedback anonymously to delivery staff after every week of training.
After you have completed training and have been through EPA.
- We give you feedback on your achievement.
- We allow you to give holistic feedback on your experience of the training.
- We give advice on what the next step of your journey could be.
Additional help and support
We aim to support your needs in any way that we can, and our team will be able to offer you help and advice relating to your department.
