  • We explain what is involved in the training.
  • We explain how the training is delivered and how long it should take to achieve.
  • We advise whether funding is available.
  • We explain what you can expect from our services and what we expect from you.
  • We advise about other training which may help you progress.
  • We give information on where you can access additional information, advice and guidance.

Throughout the apprenticeship programme our IAG service will still serve to maintain that all IAG is communicated effectively.

After you have completed training and have been through EPA.

  • We allow you to give holistic feedback on your experience of the training.
  • We give advice on what the next step of your journey could be.
