Administrator/New Starts Coordinator
Location: Manchester, M4 6JW
Salary: £18,000 – £20,000 per annum DOE

This administration and client-facing role will be based within our New Starts Team, reporting to our New Starts Coordinator Team Leader. You will work as part of a large, friendly team and provide admin support directly into the New Starts function.
In this role you will process all new starter forms, maintaining the starts summary company database, and distribute weekly reports. You will be responsible for running learner inductions, which will include presenting to large groups of learners inducting them to their apprenticeship programme and introducing them to their e-portfolios.
You will ensure learners have access to the database and are familiar with how to use it and they complete their initial assessment. You will carry out general administrative duties, answering email and telephone enquiries both internally and externally.
You will have excellent attention to detail and have the ability to manage your own time. You will have an excellent understanding of Excel including formulas, sorting and filters. Must be computer literate and have a polite and professional telephone manner.
