New IT Apprentice Training Centre to be opened by Lord Mayor of Leeds

As Leeds continues to build a reputation as a hub for technology and innovation, so does the requirement for fresh new talent and skills development.

Estio, a fast-growing IT Apprentice Training & IT Recruitment business, moved into Leeds city centre in November 2016 to help address the skills shortage providing, new training facilities and job opportunities for young people.

This new investment includes a brand new high tech training facility for training the digital workforce of the future. With lots of talented young people attending the training centre each day, Estio is offering IT Apprenticeship courses ranging from IT Support, Software & Web Development, IT Technical Sales to Social Media Digital Marketing and Cyber Security.

Estio is uniquely positioned to offer a complete recruitment and training solution to its growing client base, many of whom are located in and around Leeds. Estio currently works with many partner employers such as Asda, Sky, YBS Group, Xerox, Covea, The Tenet Group, DLA Piper and Marshalls to recruit IT Apprentices throughout Yorkshire.

The IT Apprentice Training Centre and new workspaces are to be officially opened by The Lord Mayor of Leeds on Thursday 19th January at 4pm. Estio is holding a VIP Open Evening ‘Empowering Future Talent’ for its clients and apprentices to showcase the new training centre and premises at Central Park, off New Lane in Leeds, LS11 5EB.

At the event Estio apprentices will be sharing their experiences and details of why they chose an IT Apprenticeship over other possible career paths, such as university or college, and outlining the successes that they have achieved in the workplace.
